Banners for Veterans Program.

            RCL Branch 389 Havelock

We are permitted a total of 25 Banners to commemorate our Veterans.  They will be hung around the Village of Havelock.  All Banners will display the Maple Leaf and the Union Jack, a picture of the Veteran, Era of Service and Branch of Military. As well as the Sponsor Name.  The Veteran does not have to be a Legion Member.  The cost to the Sponsor will be Maximum $200.00.
