Good Morning: I have been receiving feedback regarding the locations of the Poppy seminars and the Zones to be included. Comrades apparently, I neglected to state the Zones that are attending what Branches I thought that individuals would realize that in the original emails I indicated where Zones 1,2,3 were to go and Zones 4,5 and surmised that although the Branches had changed the Zones that were to attend in their areas did not, so I will clarify this.
Zones 1,2,3 are to attend Branch 380 Warkworth start time 9am.
Zones 4,5 are to attend Branch 77 Lakefield start time 9am.
LEGION DRESS IS CASUAL EXCEPT FOR THE PRESENTERS. LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED AT A COSTS. AGAIN, DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF CONCERNS FOUND IN THE POPPY INSPECTIONS BY ONTARIO HEADQUARTERS THIS YEAR WE ARE REQUESTING THAT THE BRANCH CHAIR ATTEND AND IF NOT PLEASE SEND A REPRESENTATIVE. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF WE COULD HAVE EVERYONE WHO WISHED TO ATTEND COULD HOWEVER OUR HANDS ARE TIED WITH THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS. I TRUST EVERYONE WILL UNDERSTAND.
ALL PROVINCIAL GUIDELINES REGARDING COVID WILL BE ADHERED TO.
